Referral Programs

Referral programs must be a win-win. You’ve given some excellent service to a client. They get you in contact with someone who can use your service. You should at least say thank you.

Benefits of a Referral Program

Ultimately, your referral program will help the bottom line.

  • Your loyal customers will feel appreciated
  • You’ll get more qualified customers
  • Your new customers will refer you

These three elements will ultimately increase profits, increase customer happiness, and increase brand awareness.

When should you have a referral program?

If you’re thinking of a referral program, consider:

  • Is a referral program a benefit for you?
  • Who is getting rewarded?
  • What actions are you rewarding? Is it simply giving a name or rewarding once the sale is complete?
  • What can you give as an incentive or reward?
  • Will you only offer rewards during a certain time?

Kiind’s Referral Program

Since Kiind is being shared by many users already, we want a way to thank them that isn’t just a thank you email from me or tweet from us. We wanted a better way to reward them for sharing Kiind.

Littleblue

When they’re member of the Referral Program, they’ll be rewarded based on the gifts sent by users they refer. Once the gift is redeemed, they’ll see their commission on their referral dashboard. We want to reward them for the lifetime value of a new customer, so they’ll be rewarded for every gift they send and gets redeemed.

They’ll be connected to their referrals gifts unless their referral clicks on another referral link from another user.

They can refer Kiind any time, but we strongly encourage they promote Kiind during the Holiday Season, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.

With Kiind, it doesn’t matter if their referral gives the gift of coffee or the gift of EasyRez, they’ll be rewarded for each gift redeemed.

Reward A Charity

As a member of the Referral Program, they are able to opt into giving referral earnings to a Charity from our Charity Marketplace. Kiind has many charities that we are working with.

Here’s who we have so far:
